Link Logistics Real Estate seeks a Leasing Analyst to support the Senior Leasing Manager with analytical duties, budget processes, and contract coordination for leases and related property documents. The role collaborates with operations and investment teams to deliver insights and ensure efficient lease administration.

The position requires 1–4 years in real estate or related finance, strong Excel/Argus skills, and excellent communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in real estate, real estate finance, and/or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform various lease analyses including comparative lease analysis, lease restructure analysis, sale/leaseback analysis, built-to-suit analysis.
• Review and coordinate the execution and delivery of asset management-related contracts (leases/amendments, brokerage agreements, property documents, etc.).
• Participate in the annual budget and quarterly reforecast process.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations to the senior management team, board of directors, or third parties, as needed.
• Perform special ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned.
• Coordinate with the Fort Washington operations team on miscellaneous reporting and operational tasks.
• Develop relationships with asset management, investments, leasing agents, and property managers to streamline operations.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, or refinances where needed.
