Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate seeks a Leasing Manager for Bootes, a premier luxury student apartment community in Bozeman, MT. You will lead leasing efforts, mentor the team, and partner with the Property Manager to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You’ll manage leads in Entrata, conduct tours, close deals, and guide applicants through leases and screening procedures while maintaining high standards of property presentation and coordination with marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Leasing and sales experience required; multifamily or student housing preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software (Entrata, OneSite or RealPage) preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, sorting, and filtering are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and drive all aspects of the leasing process with accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter and manage leads in Entrata and follow up promptly.
• Welcome prospects with engaging tours highlighting property features; effectively close the sale.
• Guide applicants through the lease process and screening procedures; monitor renewals.
• Maintain clubhouse, model units, and tour routes to high standards; assist in marketing initiatives.
