Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate in Bozeman, MT seeks an Assistant Property Manager to act as second in command at the assigned community, contributing to leasing production and ensuring peak property operations.

You will support the leasing process, tours, applications, screenings, renewals, and financial reporting while maintaining exceptional resident experiences and day‑to‑day property operations. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt role reporting to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales is required; Leasing Manager experience preferred.
• Familiarity with multifamily housing is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with OneSite, Entrata, or RealPage systems.
• Excel knowledge is desirable.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all leasing activities from lead entry to closing leases.
• Tour prospects, process applications and screenings.
• Support renewal efforts and maintain clubhouse and tour routes to high standards.
• Monitor market positioning and update records of market offerings.
• Assist the Property Manager with financial reporting and closing books.
• Act as acting Property Manager in their absence and ensure policies are followed.
• Address resident concerns professionally and support events to engage residents.
