Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Business, sales and marketing experience preferred.
- Experience developing marketing strategies and plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with customer service, sales and market research.
- Proficient with computers and relevant software applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Community Managers and Sales & Marketing team to meet financial goals.
- Maintain and monitor online presence and marketing activity.
- Analyze market conditions and competitors to inform marketing plans.
- Manage leads and document all correspondence.
- Build relationships with potential residents and families.
