The role requires 2+ years in sales and customer service with proficiency in property management software and online marketing. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments aggressively and sell property amenities and services.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, and close sales with prospects.
• Manage social media outlets daily to maximize tenant traffic.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
• Maintain knowledge of property features and market rates.
• Prepare and explain lease documents; ensure paperwork is complete before move-in.
• Maintain prospect, traffic, and leasing data; manage database entry.
• Deliver resident gifts and assist with move-ins and resident events.
• Implement lease renewal programs to maximize retention.
• Maintain curb appeal and marketability.
