Job summary

CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospective residents. You will showcase properties, guide applicants through the leasing process, and ensure a seamless move-in experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. Proficiency with Yardi CRM, property management software, and Microsoft Office is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours highlighting features, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants and tailor leasing solutions.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, background checks, and lease prep in Yardi CRM.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including social media, events, and local partnerships to attract residents.
• Stay informed about market trends and rental rates to communicate benefits of leasing with CRHMI.
• Maintain positive relations with current residents to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Maintain records of leads, applications, and renewals in the leasing office and related admin tasks.
