Subaru of Glendale, the #1 Subaru dealership in the USA, seeks a customer service oriented associate to manage calls, emails, and live chats. You will present financing options, follow up leads, and collaborate with sales and service teams to move customers through the dealership process.

With duties spanning follow-ups, product information, and referral to resources, the role emphasizes a proactive, courteous, and team-driven approach. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service role required.
• At least 1 year experience in retail auto sales.
• Minimum three years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Answer questions with Lease buyout.
• Follow up with lease maturity customers.
• Engage with Service customers to upgrade.
