Job Overview:

Pace Transportation is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Coordinator to support our trailer rental and sales operations. The Leasing Coordinator will assist with customer inquiries, manage leasing contracts, and ensure efficient coordination between clients and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist customers in the leasing process, from initial inquiry to contract completion.
• Provide detailed information about trailer availability, pricing, and leasing terms.
• Prepare, review, and manage leasing agreements and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and payments.
• Obtain and manage insurance records for leased trailers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to leasing agreements.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional leasing opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and customer requirements are met.
• Perform inbound and outbound trailer inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure trailers are in optimal condition for leasing.
• Track and report key performance metrics related to leasing activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Knowledge of trailer rentals, leasing contracts, or the transportation industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing management software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the facility as needed.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to perform trailer inspections, including climbing and bending as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift/carry around 25lbs occasionally
