This position is designed to coordinate the movement of rental equipment and services on Messer projects and manage the Managed Equipment Services program. The individual will be involved in jobsite visits to work with on-site personnel to strategize, identify, and implement cost-reduction strategies. The role services the Indianapolis region, and the rental coordinator must reside within this area.

What You Will Do

• Conduct frequent jobsite visits to collaborate with project teams on rental equipment movement and drive process efficiencies.
• Administer tracking, reporting, billing, movement, and reconciliation of all rental equipment for MES projects.
• Participate in weekly project meetings at MES sites to plan rental equipment movement.
• Leverage technology to improve communication, record keeping, and billing efficiency.
• Establish strategic relationships with project teams and subcontractors, serving as a resource provider.
• Communicate with the rental division team to secure first rights of refusal on rental needs.
• Manage all rental division contracts, both internal and external.
• Support Lean performance initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain transparency and uphold Messer's business ethics standards.
• Contribute to the development of new products, services, and technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
