Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community with prospective residents and process lease applications.
• Plan and attend resident functions to promote community involvement.
• Collect and secure rental payments and maintain occupancy targets.
• Conduct campaign research, reporting and retention efforts.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.
