Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the friendly face guiding future residents through their housing journey. You’ll greet prospects, conduct tours of move-in-ready apartments, and help them find the right home with enthusiasm and charm.

You will build trust with current residents, work toward leasing goals, and assist with renewals. The role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to sell and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents.
• Assist residents in finding the right apartment.
• Answer questions and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Support renewal of leases with current residents.
• Collaborate with team to meet leasing goals.
