Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required.
• Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Tour available units with enthusiasm and charm.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
• Hit leasing goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist with lease renewals for current residents.
