Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Highlands Ranch, CO to provide information, onsite tours of the community, with the intent to lease apartments to prospective residents; provides customer service to existing residents to make a positive impact for the property.

Responsibilities include actively leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, touring the community and vacant units with prospects, staying current on unit specs, rents and notices, and processing resident

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and know unit specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Process resident communications including service requests, entering into Yardi, and relay to Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects and residents in a friendly manner, conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
