CWS Apartment Homes in Arlington, TX, seeks a Leasing Consultant to combine customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease apartment homes and build rapport with customers and residents.

Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents,vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections.**Physical Requirements**Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, and common areas while conducting tours and assisting residents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
