Job summary

CWS Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to blend customer service, sales, and marketing to lease our apartment homes and meet leasing goals. You will build rapport with customers and residents while promoting a product you believe in. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, is required.

You will manage daily leasing activities on-site, coordinate marketing efforts, and maintain office organization. This role emphasizes safety, resident satisfaction, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Knowledge of on-site management operations, customer service experience, and Yardi software experience (preferred).
• Sales and customer service experience (required).
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other cities.

What You Bring To Us

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Knowledge of on-site management operations, customer service experience, and Yardi software experience (preferred)
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (required)
• Sales and customer service experience (required)
• Able to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Able to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere
• Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than “home” property
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other cities

Work Environment

Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents, vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections.

Physical Requirements

Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, and common areas while conducting tours and assisting residents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Work is performed in both office and outdoor environments with frequent customer interaction.
