Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The 704 in Austin, TX. You will combine customer service, sales, and marketing to lease our apartment homes and achieve leasing goals while building rapport with customers and residents.

This role requires a sales-minded, service-oriented individual who can work a fast-paced, client-facing environment and collaborate with the on-site team to ensure exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents,vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections.**Physical Requirements**Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, and common areas while conducting tours and assisting residents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
