The Dawson in Arlington, TX, is seeking a Community Director to lead the apartment community’s operations, leasing, and resident relations. You will drive performance by coaching a diverse team, managing budgets, and upholding CWS safety and service standards.

Responsibilities include leasing, market positioning, expense control, payroll approvals, and cross-functional communication with residents, investors, and vendors.

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of on-site management operations knowledge.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Willingness to travel to metro areas as needed.
