Responsibilities include guiding tours, presenting communities, managing leads and paperwork, retaining residents, handling inquiries, keeping the office tour-ready, coordinating move-ins/outs, and supporting events with the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and residents.
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents, qualify needs, and present the community and available apartments.
• Highlight apartment features, amenities, and benefits to support leasing goals.
• Proactively manage leads, document tours, and complete leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Review notices to vacate and make every reasonable effort to retain residents.
• Answer inquiries from prospects and residents, addressing questions and service requests promptly.
• Ensure leasing office and tour routes are clean, organized, and tour-ready.
• Walk units to confirm availability and presentation standards; conduct move-in/out inspections.
• Support marketing efforts and plan resident engagement events with the Property Manager.
