SRG Residential in Sacramento, CA is hiring a Leasing Consultant for our 384-unit Granite Point community. The role focuses on sales and resident services, interviewing prospects, tours, and lease processing. Weekend availability is required, with a 9am-6pm schedule (Mon, Thu-Sun).

Qualifications

• 1 year of demonstrated sales and customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to present information and respond to questions
• Effective listening and communication; team player
• Weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information to determine needs and qualifications.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss sizes, layouts and lease terms.
• Qualify prospective residents, verify applications and lease documents; update records.
• Collect rental deposits and application fees; complete lease forms.
• Introduce residents to apartment procedures and promote positive resident relations.
