SARES REGIS Group is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant for Granite Point in Sacramento. You will engage prospects, present floor plans, collect applications and deposits, and guide residents through the leasing process to build a positive first impression.

Qualifications

• 1 year of demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from guests and customers.
• Effective listener and communicator with ability to work well on a team.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information to assess needs and qualifications.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss layouts, facilities, and terms.
• Qualify residents, verify applications and lease documents, and update records.
• Complete lease forms and collect deposits and fees.
• Introduce residents to apartment procedures and community rules.
• Promote positive resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience.
