Job summary

SyRES Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Roseville, CA, to lead property tours, screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins. You will promote the community, manage online listings, and help drive occupancy while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or leasing, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is essential for peak traffic times.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in sales or leasing property management.
• Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home and meeting occupancy goals.
• Ability to think quickly and provide resident-focused solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Proficient with MS Office; comfortable learning property management software (Yardi, MRI).

Responsibilities

• Promote the apartment community, conduct tours, and implement outreach campaigns to drive traffic.
• Manage online listings and social media to increase visibility.
• Facilitate applicant screenings, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Maintain lease documentation and support renewals and reporting.
• Plan resident events to foster community and satisfaction; assist with renewals.
