Zaremba Management Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Fairview Village Apartments in Fairview Park, OH. You will source prospective tenants, tour communities, and prepare lease documents to secure leases and occupancy goals.

The role requires strong customer service skills, sales experience, and proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office. Weekend/evening work is required; full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have 1+ years of sales, hospitality, or leasing experience.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide property and apartment tours to prospective tenants.
• Prepare lease and renewal documents.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes with the Property Manager.
• Maintain occupancy goals and resident relationships.
• Support promotion of the community and events.
