Village Green in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our luxury living team. You will assist prospective residents in finding ideal homes, conduct property tours, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of multi-family sales experience, proficient with Microsoft Office, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Weekend availability is required and an undergraduate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess prospective residents' needs to match them with suitable homes.
• Conduct property tours highlighting features and benefits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and address needs and concerns.
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets through lead generation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property data.
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote properties.
