Job summary

Zaremba Management Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Chateau Perry Apartments in Pittsburgh, PA. You will present property tours, gather tenant needs, and manage lease paperwork to secure leases while coordinating move-ins and move-outs.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, professional communication, and reliability in a fast-paced apartment community. Weekend/evening availability and proficiency with MRI/Yardi are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years in sales, hospitality, or leasing preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with tenants and colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between properties and work a flexible schedule.
• Experience with property management software (MRI/Yardi) and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide property and apartment tours to prospective tenants.
• Prepare lease and renewal documents.
• Partner with Property Manager to maintain occupancy goals.
• Coordination of move-in and move-out processes.
• Foster positive relationships with residents to aid retention.
• Maintain calendars and assist with move-in booklets and promotional materials.
• Support resident events and programs as needed.
• Handle additional tasks and special projects as required.
