Job summary

The Chester Apartments in Avon, OH is seeking an Experienced Leasing Consultant to source prospective tenants, conduct tours, and manage lease documentation. You’ll coordinate move-ins/outs, support occupancy goals, and deliver stellar resident service in a lively community environment.

Requires a High School diploma or GED with 1+ years in sales, hospitality, or leasing, plus proficiency with Yardi and MS Office. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with one plus years in sales, hospitality, or leasing.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office tools; ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provides property and apartment tours to prospective tenants.
• Prepares lease and renewal documents.
• Partners with the Property Manager to monitor occupancy goals.
• Facilitates move-in and move-out processes.
• Maintains relationships with residents to encourage retention.
• Manages calendars and assists with move-in booklets and promotional materials.
• Supports resident events and special projects as needed.
