Job summary

Millennia Housing Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Villages at Franklin Crossing in Kent, OH. You will manage touring the property, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs while maintaining strong resident relations and a high occupancy rate.

You will work with the community team to market the property, handle inquiries, and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. 1+ years leasing experience preferred; wage range $18-$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leasing management experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication.
• MS Office proficiency for records and correspondence.
• Marketing, sales or customer service experience required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Fill occupancy and present properties to prospects.
• Track leads and complete leasing paperwork.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Assist with all leasing activities and tours.
• Handle calls, greet prospects, and pre-qualify applicants.
• Conduct move-in orientation and inspections; verify utilities and collect monies.
• Maintain leasing records and input data accurately.
• Collaborate with the community team and maintenance.
• Support Community Manager and respond to residents timely.
