Job summary

Beacon Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Reserve at Southgate Apartments in Canton, MI. This full-time role involves leasing, marketing, sales, and superior resident service at a busy property.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, processing applications and renewals, conducting market surveys, and supporting resident activities. Prior leasing/sales experience is preferred; weekend work may be required. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in leasing, sales and customer service preferred.
• Residential property management experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and show apartments.
• Oversee and process applications and lease renewals.
• Conduct marketing surveys and weekly reports.
• Assist in the preparation of newsletters, market surveys and resident activities.
• Attend all assigned resident activities.
• Handle sales, outreach, prospecting and lead generation.
• Process renewal letters and maintain a renewal log.
• Organize and maintain resident files.
