Mission Rock Residential in Maricopa, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day‑to‑day property operations. Under the Property Manager, you’ll handle screening, rent collection, lease paperwork, and resident communications to keep payments on time and leases compliant.

You’ll visit the community with prospects, explain policies, and maintain high customer service and online presence. 1–2 years onsite leasing experience, strong computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws are

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Understand and explain policies related to screening, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid or late fees; communicate with residents and enforce the lease.
• Tour community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and stay current on specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
