Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Range View - Aurora, CO. Under the Property Manager, you will support day-to-day property operations, ensure on-time rent collection, and enforce lease terms while delivering excellent resident service across digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of onsite leasing experience, solid PC skills, and a firm understanding of Fair Housing laws. Onsite work includes touring properties and assisting residents and prospects daily.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Explain policies related to screening qualifications and lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures to residents.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid fees, communicate with residents, and enforce the lease.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and maintain knowledge of apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
