Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Butterfield Commons in Maricopa, AZ. Under the direction of the Property Manager, you’ll help with day-to-day leasing activities, rent collection coordination, and resident communications to ensure timely payments and adherence to leases.

Requirements include 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as Leasing Consultant
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service and online presence to achieve satisfactory survey scores from residents and prospects
• Explain policies related to screening qualifications, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid/late fees and communicate with residents to collect balances while enforcing lease terms
• Tour community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and stay informed about apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates
