Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Maricopa, AZ. This role supports the Property Manager in daily property operations and ensures a high standard of resident service.

You will handle screening, lease documentation, rent collection, and move-in/out procedures while guiding residents and prospects through property details and rates. Onsite work requires strong communication and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant
• Proficiency in PC skills, keyboard, internet search, math; MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Explain policies related to screening qualifications, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures to residents and prospects.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid or late fees, communicate with residents about balances, and enforce the lease.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and know current rental rates and vacancies.
