Mission Rock Residential in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property management duties and resident relations. You will maintain an outstanding online presence, assist with screening criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-ins/move-outs.

Path to success includes strong customer service and clear communication with residents and prospects. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years on-site leasing experience, solid PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a solid

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Explain screening qualifications and application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures to residents and prospects.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid/late fees; communicate with residents about balances; enforce the lease and collect delinquent balances.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have knowledge of apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
