Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, promote available properties, and negotiate lease terms. You will handle tours, screen applicants, prepare lease paperwork, and help residents move in while maintaining excellent customer service.

This full-time role requires staying informed on market trends, handling inquiries, and supporting the property manager to maximize occupancy and maintain property standards. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information on properties
• Market and promote available properties and conduct tours
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease agreements
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to residents
• Plan resident events as directed by the Property Manager
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies
• Work one to two weekends per month
