Job summary

Enclave, a unified real estate investment firm focused on multifamily, industrial, and commercial developments in the Midwest and Mountain West, is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Fargo, ND. You will be the face of our communities, delivering outstanding customer service while guiding prospects through the leasing journey to match them with their new home.

You'll tour properties, highlight features, and build relationships with tenants to support long-term satisfaction and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, additional education preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative experience, property management or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation*.

Responsibilities

• Master the details of our current and upcoming properties, showcasing their best features to prospective tenants.
• Collaborate with your Community Manager to craft and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive results.
• Lease units by working with teams to maximize occupancy and income potential.
• Support the Community Manager in implementing policies and procedures that preserve property value and tenant happiness.
• Resolve tenant concerns swiftly and professionally, maintaining community integrity.
