Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, hospitality or service-industry experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Schedule and meet with potential residents; guide tours of available units.
• Promote positive resident relations with courteous, timely responses to needs.
• Accompany new residents for move-in/move-out; ensure paperwork is complete.
• Complete property/unit inspections; assist with projects and tasks.
• Assist with upkeep of the property’s general appearance.
• Prepare and maintain resident files; upload paperwork timely.
• Follow all laws including Fair Housing and government programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
