Job summary

Enclave, a unified real estate investment firm focused on multifamily, industrial, and commercial developments in the Midwest and Mountain West, is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Fargo, ND. You will be the face of our communities, delivering outstanding customer service while guiding prospects through the leasing journey to match them with their new home.

You'll tour properties, highlight features, and build relationships with tenants to support long-term satisfaction and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, additional education preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative experience, property management or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation*.

• Collaborate with your Community Manager to craft and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive results.

About the Role

Leasing Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant at Enclave, you are the face of our communities, blending exceptional customer service with a knack for sales to create a welcoming experience for potential and current tenants. From showcasing the features of our apartments during tours to guiding prospects through the leasing process, you'll play a pivotal role in matching individuals with their perfect home. Beyond the sale, you'll foster lasting relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and helping our communities thrive. Position Logistics

• Primary Work Location: Uptown & Main | Fargo, ND
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Team members are expected to work two Saturdays per month.
• Work Type: Full Time (40 hours/week)

• Close Deals with Confidence: Work alongside other Leasing Consultants to lease units, maximizing occupancy and income potential.
• Foster Tenant Satisfaction: Support the Community Manager in implementing policies and procedures that preserve property value and ensure tenant happiness.
• Solve Challenges: Resolve tenant concerns swiftly and professionally, maintaining the integrity of our community.
