The position requires a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks and work with vendors, residents, and team members to maintain high standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Strong communication with residents, prospects and team members.
• Willingness to learn new software programs (Yardi, Paycom).

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and show apartments.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly in the morning.
• Convert calls to walk-in traffic and set viewing appointments.
• Tour prospective residents with energy and the Weidner way.
• Facilitate application process at the end of the tour.
• Review and process applications immediately upon receipt.
• Maintain timely communication with applicants after results.
• Follow Move In Experience with approved applicants.
• Maintain traffic in queue and monitor market activity.
• Ensure market-ready apartments and common areas daily.
