Job summary

Goldmark Property Management in Fargo, ND is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Lake Crest to drive leasing activity and deliver exceptional resident experiences on-site. You will engage with applicants, show properties, and guide them through the leasing process while coordinating with the maintenance team and leadership to maintain high occupancy and service levels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance.
• Prior experience in property management or a related industry is preferred, but not required.
• NALP or similar certifications desirable.
• Strong sales skills and a customer service mindset.
• Self-driven with time management and multi-tasking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Tour and present the property to prospective residents and close the sale using product knowledge.
• Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish according to procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Conduct property, building and apartment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Daily use of customer management systems to document communications and build relationships.
• Market properties daily via social media and other platforms and support leadership as needed.
• Build long-term resident relationships and address requests, questions and concerns.
