Qualifications

• High School degree, GED, or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
• Prior experience in property management is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with confidence to close sales.
• Customer service experience and strong mindset required.
• Self-driven with time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Tour and present properties to prospective residents.
• Manage leasing and renewal process according to company procedures.
• Conduct inspections to maintain property appearance.
• Build relationships using customer management systems.
• Market properties through social media and other platforms.
