Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in relevant customer service.
• Experience in leasing, marketing, and resident relations for luxury multifamily communities.
• Executive-level customer service and sales across all customer interactions.
• Hospitality as first point of contact for residents and guests.
• Willingness to obtain Fair Housing Certification prior to interacting with prospective residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming leads via phone, online, email, and in-person visits.
• Qualify renter criteria by asking pertinent questions, record conversations/visits on reports, and follow up.
• Schedule property tours and greet prospective residents; maintain a 50%+ closing ratio.
• Demonstrate and apply product knowledge to customer needs by communicating features and benefits.
• Assist prospective resident with application process and deposit in accordance with procedures and Fair Housing.
• Complete unit inspections to ensure market or move-in readiness; report maintenance needs.
• Participate in marketing and neighborhood outreach to generate leads.
• Gather and report on market competition; shop competitive properties.
• Orient new residents to community; provide move-in information and access to amenities.
• Respond to resident issues with professionalism; involve manager as needed.
• Assist with resident renewals, promotions, and events.
