Job summary

Thompson Thrift is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Terrassa in St. Augustine, FL. You will drive occupancy and revenue by delivering an engaging resident experience and representing the community professionally.

You will conduct tours, guide applicants through leasing, coordinate applications, and support marketing and outreach to ensure high performance and excellent resident relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in leasing, sales, or customer service
• Experience in multifamily leasing or hospitality preferred
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and provide guided tours of the community
• Guide applicants through leasing process and address questions
• Support occupancy goals and leasing performance
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Assist with resident move-ins and onboarding
