Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales or leasing experience required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends if requested.
• NALP certification desired.
• Proficient with MS Office; Yardi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage leasing process with prospective tenants.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to future tenants and current residents.
• Guide clients on tours, the application process, and close leases.
• Close sales on units to maximize occupancy and revenue; suggest additional products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and current client history.
• Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly.
• Address resident concerns with a positive customer service attitude.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and support teams for ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain community appearance and conduct regular inspections.
• Assist Property Manager with training on-site staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
