Job summary

Thompson Thrift is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Stella in San Tan Valley, AZ. You will serve as the community brand ambassador, conduct engaging tours, and drive occupancy and revenue growth through effective leasing strategies.

You will coordinate applications, respond to inquiries across channels, and support marketing efforts while maintaining excellent resident relationships and upholding Thompson Thrift standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, customer service, or office experience.
• Experience in multifamily leasing, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
• Class A or luxury multifamily experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents; provide personalized tours.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and address questions.
• Support occupancy goals and leasing performance.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels promptly.
• Deliver high-level customer service to prospects and residents.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and community events.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and market for effective positioning.
• Prepare lease documents and process applications.
• Assist with move-ins and onboarding for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with on-site management to maintain a high-performing leasing environment.
