Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Granary Haus at Celina in Celina, TX. You will market properties, prepare lease documents, and screen applicants to qualify them as residents. Greet visitors, inspect models daily, and stay informed on local market trends.

Qualifications

• One or more years of sales experience required.
• One or more years of customer experience required.
• One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying seniority and teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills via all channels.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation for marketing and other duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and qualify their needs and preferences.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to ensure standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions and trends for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Complete lease applications and verifications; notify applicants of results.
• Assist Community Manager in daily/weekly reports and market surveys.
• Ensure appearance and physical aspects of the community meet standards by daily property inspections and reports.
