Qualifications

• Property management/leasing experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and present options.
• Inspect models and ready units to ensure standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as directed by Community Manager.
• Monitor local market conditions and suggest marketing ideas.
• Complete lease applications and verify information.
• Assist managers with daily/weekly reports and surveys.
• Maintain property appearance and document conditions daily.
