This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, excellent time management, and solid communication skills in English. CRM experience (Entrata or Salesforce) is preferred, as is knowledge of Texas real estate practices;

Aufgaben

• Receive and follow up on incoming leads.
• Identify prospects' needs and match to properties.
• Show properties and provide access instructions.
• Explain application/screening steps to prospects.
• Guide prospects from lead to applicant.
• Follow up on showings and applications.
• Communicate clearly with team and prospects.
• Work during normal business hours, weekends, and some holidays.
• Maintain accurate records and CRM data.
