Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and process applications.
• Track leasing activity and occupancy using OneSite/Knock.
• Support lease renewals and communicate with residents.
• Maintain show-ready models and marketing spaces daily.
• Generate marketing content and engage with the community online.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move-ins.
