Responsibilities

• Complete leasing paperwork, applications, and related admin tasks accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, policies, and features.
• Follow up with prospects to encourage conversions and occupancy.
• Assist with resident retention through exceptional service.
• Support marketing, outreach, and events as needed.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address needs.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with policies and regulations.
