Job summary

Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with expertise in finding and screening high-quality tenants for a 288-unit apartment complex in Santa Ana. This role focuses on turning prospects into residents through tours and a seamless application process.

You'll guide applicants, execute lease signings, and assist in marketing to fill vacancies. This in-office position offers comprehensive benefits and a compensation range of $20.00-$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year leasing experience or more.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, friendly personality with strong people skills.
• Experience in leasing, sales and marketing.
• Familiar with rental applications and lease signings.
• Computers proficient, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with online and social media marketing.
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with Expertise in Finding and Screening High-Quality tenants for a beautiful 288-unit apartment complex in Santa Ana. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences, we want to meet you.

Compensation

$20.00-$23.00 per hour/Full time

Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities and turn prospects into residents.
• Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
• Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year leasing experience
• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills. Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills.
• Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager a plus

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.

Pay Range

$19.50 - $23 USD
