Property Management Associates in Santa Ana is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with expertise in finding and screening high-quality tenants for our 288-unit community. You will lead property tours and guide applicants through the lease process to convert prospects into residents.

This full-time, in-office role offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00–$23.00 and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum one year leasing experience.
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
• Energetic, extroverted personality and excellent people skills.
• Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
• Proficient with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager a plus.

Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with Expertise in Finding and Screening High-Quality tenants for a beautiful 288-unit apartment complex in Santa Ana. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences, we want to meet you.

Compensation

$20.00-$23.00 per hour/Full time

Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.

Pay Range

$19.50 - $23 USD
